To welcome the arrival of spring, the school held a spring couplets writing event on February 6. Led by principal Tsang Yau-shing, the event included students from different forms.

For the past 85 years, our school has promoted the teaching of Christ as well as Chinese culture. So it makes sense that we include calligraphy in our curriculum. Students have the chance to practise their handwriting. They also learn to appreciate the beauty of Chinese characters.

To spread love, students were encouraged to share the spring couplets with their family, friends and teachers.

The whole exercise showed off the core values of Lai Chack - love and caring.
