Our VIP passes to the annual book exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre lets you skip the queues
Attention all book lovers! This year’s Hong Kong Book Fair will run from July 17-23 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and Young Post has 10 pairs of VIP passes up for grabs. These special tickets are not available for sale to the general public, and will allow you and a friend to skip the queues via a special entrance.
The annual event will see some celebrated English-language authors come to the city to give talks about their works and the craft of writing. These include British sci-fi writer Emma Newman whose short story A Woman’s Place won the British Fantasy Society’s Best Short Story award in 2015. Another author that will be in Hong Kong is Natasha Pulley, whose historical fantasy novel The Watchmaker of Filigree Street won a Betty Trash Award in 2016.
For a chance to win a pair of VIP tickets, tell us what the theme for this year’s Hong Kong Book Fair is. Email your answer to [email protected] with your full name, age, school and phone number by 11.59pm on Sunday, July 7.
