Each fall we begin a new school year that offers us a brand new fresh start. However, I feel bored of going to the same school, meeting the same friends and having deadly dull lessons. Therefore, I need some changes.

In the late August, I received an invitation letter form my favourite dream school-Hogwarts, inviting me to explore an amazing experience in Hogwarts as an exchange student. I have never ever thought the existence of Hogwarts, not to mention being a part of them. I couldn’t conceal my excitement, so I replied to the letter immediately. Being an exchange student, no school fee is needed to be paid. All school necessities are free-of-charge, but one thing is, I have to visit Diagon Alley to take all my books and my wand. You may ask, how can I visit thousand miles away London just for the purpose of “buying” school stuffs in such a hurry? Surprisingly, Hong Kong do have a shortcut to there (this is a secret place!).

As I am going to stay in Hogwarts in the coming year, I will bring some Hong Kong incredible street food and traditional games to my new roommates and friends. I won’t forget to bring my Hong Kong school textbooks to there, I am sure that they are curious about my textbooks with messy strange symbols and notes, especially in Potion classes, I want to justify the chemical reactions that I have learnt whether or not they are correct in the magic world, if yes, I can write a book for that. Besides, I am looking forward to join any house competitions and school clubs- in Hong Kong, thanks to the heavy school curriculum, many students are tortured by examinations, some of my classmates are no exception, as a result, less and less students are enthusiastic about school service and end up losing interest in study. Being a student in Hogwarts, although, still have to face tests and examinations, you won’t feel like a burden, just enjoy learning, learn whatever you want and that’s a new fresh start for me.
