There's a lot of catching up to do once you're back to school: what did you get up to over the summer? Where did you travel to? What fun new things did you discover around Hong Kong? Did you dedicate any time to volunteering? So much to talk about! For these 25 students, they can say they got creative and were published online; and three lucky Young Post readers can show off the amazing back-to-school haul they won!

As part of our 2018 back-to-school contest, competitors were asked to write a poem or a 350-word piece of creative writing on the theme of “a fresh start”.

The grand prize winner wins a backpack stuffed with goodies from seven of our favourite shops in Hong Kong (prize value around HK$3,000), and two runners-up win a back-to-school haul from those seven stores worth HK$1,000.
