Nothing beats having yum cha with my parents. They are very busy at work but they get time off during Christmas to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

The crazy Xmas sales are by far the best thing about celebrating this festive season in Hong Kong. From H&M and Bossini to the most bizarre shops in Mong Kok, almost everyone seems to be stocking up to celebrate Christmas. In addition, it's always delightful to see the Christmas spirit alive in every Hongkonger regardless of their culture.
Rheneas Choi, 17, Shatin Tsung Tsin Secondary School
It's all about seeing the Christmas lights and decorations in Hong Kong. Every year, when I walk along the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade at Christmas, I see a lot of colourful Christmas lights on buildings on both sides of Victoria Harbour. Shopping malls, such as Harbour City, iSquare and 1881 Heritage, have put up large Christmas trees and beautiful decorations, which attract thousands of locals and tourists every year.

This is the festive season so having a party at home with my best friends would be my top pick. We will play games, sing Christmas carols and have a yummy turkey with honey potato or cream soup.
