I would create a disabled Disney princess that’s overcome many barriers and achieved success in life. There are very few disabled characters in Disney films and I think they are under-represented. This could also help disabled young girls know that despite all the difficulties and hardships they may face in the future, they can still become who they aspire to be, if they put their heart into it.

I would create a girl called Harmony. As shown by her name, she would get along well with everyone. Harmony isn’t as beautiful as the other Disney princesses but she always has a big smile on her face. Princess Harmony will befriend any person and animal she comes across. Because she loves all the people and animals, she tries her best to take care of nature and encourages others to do so, too.

I would create a princess who isn’t very pretty, but has a kind heart and strong work ethic. She would help anyone in need, even if they were unkind. I want everyone to know that you don’t have to be beautiful to be a princess.

A princess who truly loves nature. A lot of the Disney princesses are born in or live in luxurious castles. However this princess lives in a wooden house in the forest. She has no servants and no special abilities that other princesses have. She just enjoys living a simple life and has no desire for material things. I think she is very different from girls in our world. Many are too occupied with their phones to spend time with their friends and family, while a lot of girls are obsessed with buying pretty and expensive things. A princess doesn’t have to live in a big castle and have a wardrobe full of ball gowns. This princess can teach other girls to embrace their natural beauty and appreciate the nature around them.

I’d create a princess called Sylvia. She would be the kind of princess that everyone would be drawn to, and everyone would listen to her. Her parents are environmentalists, and because of that, Sylvia is very passionate about saving our planet and is always encouraging people to take care of the Earth and does a lot to protect it herself.

Anti-tech addiction princess
If I were to create a completely new princess, it would be a girl called Phonia who was born with the power to stop tech addiction. I believe that mobile phone addiction is a serious problem that is getting worse, especially in modern cities such as Hong Kong. Having a princess like Phonia in a Disney movie would encourage people to stop staring at their screens all the time.
