Each week we’ll choose readers’ responses to share.

Photo opportunity

My New Year’s resolution is to take a photo with 1,000 new people. I think this is a really interesting challenge. It will hopefully encourage me to make more new friends and to know more about the people around me. I hope I will be able to achieve this goal before the end of this year.

Do everything well

I have many New Year’s resolutions. I want to do more exercise this year so that I can become healthier and more fit. I would also like to study harder for my upcoming tests and exams. Lastly, I really want to learn a new language. I hope I can achieve all my resolutions this year.

The road of learning

My New Year’s resolution is to keep learning new things. You can never run out of things to learn. I’d not only like to pick up more facts and information, I also want to gain more practical experience that can help me in later life.

B-ball

My resolution this year is to study harder and to focus more on my basketball training. I also need to take better care of my health, as I won’t be able to achieve either if I can’t take care of myself. Nothing comes easy, but with determination and dedication, we can do anything!

Carpe diem

My New Year’s resolution is to seize each day. I have so many things I want to do, but I never have enough time to do them because I spend too much time on my phone or I am just lying around doing nothing instead of something good, like studying. This year, I want to live more in the moment and take on every opportunity to improve myself – but to also make sure that I am enjoying my life, too.
