Every Wednesday we ask our Brain Game contestants one interesting, thought-provoking or just plain quirky question. Their answers will be published anonymously in Young Post. Then readers can vote for their FAVOURITE answer. We will eliminate the contestant with the LEAST votes every week until we have a winner.

The ultimate Brain Game winner will receive a pair of Beats Studio Over Ear Headphones worth HK$2,598.

The contestants

Contestant 1

A "flow arts" day to ring in the first day of summer, starting when the sun sets on the international date line and lasting all night. Everyone would celebrate at the same moment, regardless of time zone. Poi, staves, and hoops are excellent choices for flow arts beginners. The use of fire is not required, but encouraged. You wanted to sleep in? Sorry, your next-door neighbours are accidentally setting things on fire.

Contestant 2

International Smart Persons Day of No-Smart-Phones. I want people to travel back to an era when people chatted face to face, and didn't think hanging out meant Facebook or Whatsapp groups. Not only would this save so much energy, but you would also realise what you miss when you are staring at a tiny screen all the time. It's time to truly live in the moment!

Contestant 3

International sleeping day. I'd love to catch up on my sleep. Once I've done that, I must sleep even more. Just for good measure.

Then I'll sleep a bit more.

Then more.

You see, I need my beauty sleep. Well, toodles for now, 'cause I'm gonna go take a snooze. Please, don't set my alarm for me.

Contestant 4

Just imagine having an International "No Work" Day. And by "work", I don't mean just people with jobs. This holiday would apply to each and every human on this planet. A day when the students should not even TOUCH their books and adults should not even THINK about their pending work. It wouldn't be a regular family Sunday but rather a day when the world has a reason to be lazy.

Contestant 5

I would make a "Family Bonding Holiday". On that day, everyone would take a break from their jobs or studies and get together with their family to enjoy a special day. Whether they have lunch in a fancy restaurant, or visit the park to play and enjoy some fresh air, families would spend the entire day together.

Contestant 6

A whole day dedicated to one of the most important things in your life: TV shows! From The Flash to America's Next Top Model, activities like homework are always interrupting your TV marathons. We all know the guilt of doing homework while watching TV. So today, be guilt free. Enjoy "Catch up on your TV Shows Day", and have one of the most productive days ever getting up to date with all your episodes.

Contestant 7

Definitely "Nature Day". People have disregarded nature for too long and the consequences are becoming increasingly clear. Creating an international nature day would make more people aware of the importance of preserving nature. This public holiday should be a day where everyone takes a break from the materialistic world to explore the beauty of the natural world.
