Less than three weeks after the devastating earthquake in Nepal, another major quake with a magnitude of 7.3 has hit the country near the Chinese border between the capital of Kathmandu and Mount Everest. At least four are confirmed dead.

According to an International Organization for Migration official, a number of buildings collapsed in the isolated town of Chautara in central Nepal.

A search and rescue team had already begun combing through the ruins of the little town, said IOM spokesman Paul Dillon
