#drama #Trump. We’re going to get a lot of that over the next four years if the weekend was anything to go by. So, Donald Trump won the “electoral college” vote, but it turns out that his rival, Hillary Clinton, won the popular vote by more 2 million. That makes everyone wonder what was going on.
So, Jill Stein of the Green Party says she wants a recount in Michigan – which announced that Trump had won early on Monday – and Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Clinton has said she will join Stein in calling for the recount.
There have been rumours swirling of Russian hackers and all sorts of other things. But Trump, in his wisdom, took to Twitter to air his views. Trump said he would have won the popular vote if millions of people had not voted illegally. There is no evidence that anyone voted illegally.
