Hong Kong Observatory forecasts cold and dry weather over the weekend

It is time to get your winter clothes out of storage. The Hong Kong Observatory predicts the weather will become colder and drier over the weekend, dropping to 16 degrees Celsius on Monday. The temperature is expected to continue to drop over the week, with humidity falling to 35 per cent on Wednesday.
A dry northeast monsoon will bring generally fine weather to the south China coast over the weekend. Under the influence of the continuing monsoon, temperatures over southern China are expected to fall progressively next week and it will be windy. The weather will be rather cool over the region in the latter part of next week, said the weather bureau.
