From Friday to Tuesday, the Hong Kong Observatory predicts that the weather will be mostly cloudy with a few showers and thunderstorms, especially over the weekend. Temperatures are predicted to range from 27 to 32 degrees Celsius.

It is unclear what effect the weather will have on the protests planned for this weekend, including March with the Teachers in Chater Garden on Saturday, and Sunday's planned marches in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing, and the Civil Human Rights Front march beginning in Victoria Park.
