Students need to show the original admission form for every HKDSE exam.

All 2019 HKDSE admission forms should have been sent out to candidates today, either via their school or by post for private candidates.

The Hong Kong Examination and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) advises candidates to check the information printed on the admission forms carefully, including their personal data, subject(s) and paper(s) enrolled, modules taken, and language version entered. They should also check the names and addresses of the examination centres.

Any private candidate who does not receive their admission form by February 25 should contact the School Examinations and Assessment Division of the HKEAA immediately. They can be reached at 3628 8860.

Candidates are reminded to attend the examinations according to the dates, times and centres as specified on the admission forms. The form should not be laminated as it may affect the barcode scanning process when the invigilators are taking attendance.

Candidates are also prohibited from doodling on the form, or adding any information. Violators may face a mark deduction or disqualification.

At every examination session they attend, candidates must present the original admission form and Hong Kong Identity Card (or valid identification document). If they forget to bring their admission form or identification document, they are required to stay behind after the examination to submit a report and take photos for future identity verification. If they refuse to complete these steps, their paper will not be marked.
