At least we'll have some good memories.

Just two years after Young Post cadets got a preview of an exciting new trampoline park in Emax, the Australian "playground", Bounce, has announced it will be closing.

Bounce's final day at the Kowloon Bay mall will be September 3, after the landlords served notice, forcing them to leave. The company's Hong Kong board of directors will continue to search for a new venue in coming months, but customers with vouchers and multi-visit passes are advised to redeem them over the next four weeks.

Throwback to when Bounce Inc was new

“We’re absolutely gutted to have to close our doors,” said Simon McNamara, Bounce Inc Global CEO. “We’re devastated for our loyal customers who are here every week, and we’re devastated for our tribe who have worked so hard to provide awesome experiences for the customers.

“The landlord’s decision is especially painful for us given the fact we’ve turned the business around and it’s now performing very well and our future prospects were looking bright.”

The first Bounce opened in Australia in 2012. There are now more than 20 venues in 10 countries around the world. It was the second trampoline park to open in Hong Kong in recent years, following Ryze in Quarry Bay.
