1. Just can't be without a baseball
I have a baseball that I carry around everywhere, and it's not for sports. I use it to kill my boredom. When I simply don't have anything to do, I just throw it around in my hand or play catch ball against the wall or with my friend. Without noticing, it has already become a part of my life.

2. Cuddling up with comfort
I still love my blanket, even though it's smelly, torn, ragged, and my family hates the sight of it. You'll usually find me, as Taylor Swift says, "lying on the cold hard ground" … with my blanket.

3. Road to recovery
I collect the wrapping and plastic containers of my pills. I keep them on my desk to remind myself how far I've come on my journey to recovery. Another wrapper, and another orange cylinder, is another one of my milestones.

4. What a way to remember
I have a scar on my chin, and although most people hate scars, I treasure mine. This is because I got the scar while playing with a boomerang in London, and it's a nice little memoir for my trip.

5. I feel like money
When I was younger I was fascinated by the plastic HK$10 notes with the transparent bit. I tried to collect as many of them as possible. I would never spend them, and even used to trade other money I had for the plastic notes. I only stopped when all my money was HK$10 notes.

6. All wrapped up
You will definitely think this is weird, but I collect bandages (clean ones, of course!). I don't know why or where I got the idea from, but it has been a kind of habit for me. I think of it as a hobby, but other people look at me like I'm crazy. So that's why I keep my collection a secret, and I don't add that many bandages to it. I like collecting bandages because I like the different patterns.

7. A real airhead
I love collecting aviation-related news articles, opinions, issues, updates on the future aviation industry and even air-crash incidents. I have been collecting them for two years, and I value them a lot because it brings me a step closer to my dream.

I really value bubble wrap. Every time I open something new, or anything in fact, I immediately take it out, and stomp on it to get that satisfying rush of popping.

9. Sea shells on the sea shore
I'm a crazy shell collector - the little beauties mean a lot to me! Each shell holds a memory of the beach and my experiences there. I always miss staring at the cityscape from my window. It's all about the sheer beauty of nature to create something so intricate and unique, just like every unique individual out there!

10. All about that lotion
My Garfield lotion holder. It caught my eye the very first time I saw it on a store shelf at Hong Kong International Airport, and ever since, I've cherished it more than money. My day doesn't go well if I don't use lotion from the bottle. It's as if I've left my wallet at home! It's handy and almost always matches the colour of my nails!
