Summer blockbusters I'm most looking forward to
We asked readers what movie they're most looking forward to seeing this summer, whether it's at the cinema or at home. Are you waiting for Jurassic World so you can watch dinosaurs squash some humans? Or is there a movie that you're going to watch at home with your friends and family? Here are the best answers …
The Rock vs nature
I am looking forward to San Andreas, because I want to see The Rock overcome the apocalyptic scenarios Mother Nature throws at him!

From book to the big screen
I am going to watch Love, Rosie at home with my family this summer. My mum and I read the book, by Cecelia Ahern, last year and we both loved it. The cast is absolutely fantastic too, what with Lily Collins and Sam Claflin. And some parts of the movie were shot at University of Toronto, my university!

Lost in action and excitement
The Scorch Trials. I can't express my excitement enough for this film, the second instalment in The Maze Runner series. I love Dylan O'Brien, who plays Thomas in the movie, with a burning passion of a thousand suns. I also cannot wait to see the portrayal of the plague-ridden Cranks. Let's just hope I don't faint with excitement in the cinema.

Horror fun
Insidious Chapter 3 is coming out this summer! There's something very powerful about this series that brings me back to the cinema every time a new chapter is released. Horror movie, cinema, and summer. There is no better combination!

Music marathon
I'll definitely re-watch Pitch Perfect 2, or probably even marathon the two films. They're both great, but the inclusion of Das Sound Machine in the new one made everything better. Although I still don't see how the Bellas realistically could have a chance against DSM …
And you can never have too much Fat Amy!

Cara Delevingne's movie debut
I can't wait for Paper Towns, the movie adaptation of the novel by John Green.
Summer is the perfect time for a road trip with best friends, so what's better than watching this movie with your best pals? Also, I am so excited to see Cara Delevingne's on-screen debut as the sassy, popular Margo.
Belinda Ng, 15, South Island School
Taking a trip to Hogwarts
Being the crazy Harry Potter fan I am, I'll probably have a Harry Potter marathon over summer.

Team of yellow mischief
Watching Minions in the cinema is definitely at the top of my bucket list this summer. Those little yellow cuties were the only reason I refused to leave my seat and get more popcorn during Despicable Me. I crack up at anything they do, and how can you not go "aww" whenever you see them?

Marvel's most miniscule adventure
Definitely Ant-Man! As a huge Marvel fan, I cannot wait to see this! The theme is unique too … to see things from a "tiny" perspective is really exciting. Size matters not!

Staying well away
I am most looking forward to … no movies. I'll probably be at home doing homework, and I am totally certain that the movies I will want to watch are all, you guessed it: "not suitable for children".
