I’d like to receive a bouquet of face masks. With the new coronavirus still at large, people are desperate for masks and will wait hours in line or spend hundreds of dollars to buy them. If I received masks, I’d share them with the brave doctors and nurses working to cure coronavirus patients.

A big bouquet of chocolates would do for me. I have a massive sweet tooth, and an assortment of milk and dark chocolates, chocolate with hazelnuts and truffles would definitely lift my spirits. It would certainly be a sweet gift to receive on Valentine’s Day.

I’d ask for nothing but the gift of love and joy. I think these two things are more important than any object you can receive. The best part is they don’t cost a thing! They are treasures to be treasured.

I’d like a bouquet made of rolled up sheets of Chopin’s music. He is my favourite composer and I think music is as romantic as flowers and chocolate, especially Chopin’s. I’m a big fan of music in general, and I’d find sheet music much more valuable and useful than flowers.

I’d ask for a bouquet of chocolate, because chocolate has the secret power of being able to make any day better! Ooh, and it would be even better if the chocolates were shaped like flowers!

I’d like to receive a bouquet of strawberries because I love this fruit. I once saw a bouquet like this on the internet, and it looked delicious. I’d be very touched if someone gave me this.

I’d ask for a bouquet full of hand sanitisers and face masks. Right now, these products not only cost a fortune, but are extremely rare. If I had a whole bunch of masks and sanitisers I’d give some to my friends and relatives to prevent them from getting sick.
Yoonjung Choi, 15, Hong Kong International School
I’d ask for a bouquet of Tsum Tsums. I’ve always had an obsession with the Disney plushies. They’re small but so cute! It would be great to receive a bouquet made up of them instead of flowers, because they’d never wilt. That way, I could cherish the present forever.
Chloe Lau Hong-ching, 14, St Mary’s Canossian College
I’d want a bouquet filled with every type of cereal. Samples of every cereal to ever exist all packaged together in a colourful bouquet sounds like the perfect thing to indulge in with my loved ones on this special day of the year.
