Just don't dissect the lyrics [Review]

Pitbull is a featured artist on so many songs, you have to wonder if he makes his own music. But somehow he's found the time to put out eight studio albums of his own; the latest is Globalization.

The 11 tracks include popular hit Wild Wild Love featuring girl group G.R.L. In typical Pitbull fashion, the upbeat dance track features a very singable hook followed by short rap verses that make you groove along. The same goes for We Are One, the official Fifa World Cup anthem, featuring Jennifer Lopez. It's a festive track with insanely catchy whistling.

The many guest stars include J. Lo, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo and Sean Paul. While collaborations can be great, on some tracks such as Drive You Crazy, it seems that Pitbull is the featured artist, rather than the star, as his verses are easily forgettable compared to Jason Derulo's singing.

Don't expect too much lyrically from the rapper. An example from Sexy Beaches: "I don't bring sand to the beach, I bring the beach to the sand." What does that even mean, Mr Worldwide? (He will remind you of his nickname on every. Single. Track.)

But you can't blame Pitbull for knowing what his fans like: songs to bounce along to at parties, regardless of lyric quality.
