In the 37th Doraemon movie, it is good to see familiar characters return to their original appearances
This summer’s Doraemon movie is Nobita’s Great Adventure in the Antarctic Kachi Kochi. Doraemon sends Nobita and friends to the South Pacific for a cool vacation. This is how an unusual journey gets started.
The movie opens with a girl called Carla being attacked 100,000 years ago for having a mysterious golden ring. Fast-forward to the time of Nobita and the golden ring is frozen by a secret force.
Carla is only seen a few times but she is vital to the plot. The viewers know more than Nobita does when he finds the golden ring. The movie moves on with the group investigating the history of the mysterious and powerful ring.
As the 37th Doraemon movie, it is good to see the characters return to their traditional appearances, as they were all made “3D” in the past few movies.
Apart from familiar gadgets like Doraemon’s Anywhere Door, the movie has new gadgets like the Ice Breaker.
