You have probably heard these news terms being discussed in the papers or on TV. This is how to use them in English:

2. 官商勾結 - government-business collusion

A leading member of one of Hong Kong's most famous families says the city is becoming ungovernable owing to greed and government-business collusion.

3. 政治中立 - politically neutral

The next head of the Independent Police Complaints Council should ideally be a senior barrister because the position requires someone the public perceives as politically neutral, the watchdog's current chairman has said.

4. 行會改組 - Exco revamp

The leader of the DAB suggests that the chief executive should adopt an Exco revamp by appointing more executive councillors and ministers from pro-government political parties.

5. 漏洞 - loophole
