If you were to open a shop, what would it be?
A takeaway lunchbox shop. I would offer delicate, yummy and healthy dim sum, like siu mai and har gau packed in an exquisite container. Different types of dim sum would be made every day, making life convenient for students and office ladies.

I'd open a Chinese-style bookshop on a busy street. It would sell Chinese classics and modern literary works. Chairs and desks would be provided for reading, and free Chinese tea would be available. I'd also arrange Chinese cultural activities, such as Chinsese opera performances and storytelling. I'd hope the shop would be a quiet place to step back from our busy life.

I would open a DIY perfume shop. My shop would provide different kinds of aromatic oils and herbs. Customers could pick and choose their favourite fragrance and mix them in a fancy bottle. Perfume lovers would be involved in the manufacturing process and their perfume would smell the way they like. Does this idea "smell" good?

I'd sell time. This is something everyone wants, but cannot buy. As we get older, there are often thing we wish we could change about the past. There are regrets and broken promises that could be taken back if we went back in time. People could relive the prime of their life.

A cafe. A commercially unviable coffee shop filled with the latest roster of inebriated intellectuals, free jazz and French desserts. Preferably with a seaview. I'd imagine it as a haven for those weary from hectic city life but still desiring jovial company. There I would spend my days washing cups and plates, and working on unfinished novels. Heaven.

Since I love baking, it would be a bakery. I'd sell colourful cupcakes, irresistible pies, mouth-watering brownies and uniquely designed cakes at very affordable prices. Hong Kong people are always busy and stressed, but seeing these scrumptious and delicious sweets would help us overcome our worries, remove tiredness and brighten up our day.
