First of all,

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY to everyone out there. I hope everyone has a great one - no matter who you spend it with; whether it be yourself, with a significant other or with friends or family. I for one, have spent most my Valentine's days with my parents - we'd be the only awkward table of three in wherever we dined that night. This year I'm spending it with my friends and my boyfriend =] but whatever your plans are, I hope you enjoy it.

Part of Katy's Perry line with OPI Not like the Movies is a metallic that has elements of pink, blue green and silver and that sparkles through when different lights hit it. It is a really unique shade that reminds me of the fish's scale in "The Rainbow Fish"

Pros: the colour of this polish is definitely unique and it is unlikely that you'll find a dupe of this anywhere.

Cons: Unlike most OPI nail polishes, this polish is not opaque at all. On my nails, there are four coats of Not like the Movies -- yet you can still my nail line.

Still, I love the colour and to me, building the colour up is totally worth it -- especially considering that OPI polish drying time is so short :)

(Note: Ignore all the tattoos on my hand (main photo) - my friends and I thought it'd be fun to have those stick on tattoos on for V-Day...)

Hope you enjoyed this review.

Stay gorgeous

x.
