For Otaku Zone readers stuck in Hong Kong this Christmas, take heart. Not only will there be eggnog, mistletoe, and decked halls with boughs of holly, there will also be the annual Asian Game Show.

Sponsored by Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong, this year's event will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from December 24 to 27. It costs HK$28 - tickets can be bought at the venue or from branches of Circle K.

As happens each year, there will be limited-edition merchandise and gifts available at the PlayStation desk. The first 10 people to sign up for the interview with the producers of Monster Hunter and Metal Gear Solid will get a Hong Kong special edition Monster Hunter x Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker T-shirt. (Only 10 are available worldwide.)

The first 100 to register for the PSP Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and PS3 Castlevania seminar will get a lucky draw ticket for one of 15 Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker drawings.

Those who spend more HK$1,500 at the show can enter a lucky draw to win a Sony 46-inch 3D television worth HK$23,280, a Sony audio system, a Sony Cyber-shot digital camera and a PS3. The draw will be held on December 27.

The ambassador for this year's show is actor-singer Edison Chen Koon-hei. Previous ambassadors included Joey Yung Cho-yee, Kelly Chen Wai-lam and Kenny Bee.
