The Hong Kong Ballet will perform Tchaikovsky's classic Sleeping Beauty at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre from end of October.

For the occasion, Young Post is organising a workshop. Using the Sleeping Beauty as an example, the Hong Kong Ballet Education Director will introduce the art of ballet through images, videos, steps and live music.

The lucky participants will also win a seat to watch Sleeping Beauty on Sunday, November 6.

If you'd like to join, send an email to [email protected] with 'sleeping beauty' in the subject field. Include your full name, age, school, contact number, and a few sentences on why you like dance.

Workshop details:

Date: 16 Oct 10 (SAT)
Time: 2pm to 3pm
Venue: Rehearsal Room GR1, 6/F, Grand Theatre Backstage, Hong Kong Cultural Centre

No previous dance experience is necessary.

Selected participants will be notified by email on Tuesday, October 12.
