The Little Trout Children's Choir will perform a drama called The Toy Kingdom Challenge in Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre on October 2-3.

The plot is about three teenagers, one of whom has received lots of new toys at his birthday party, so many he decides to throw away his old toys. The abandoned toys are lured by the Toy King (Denis Ng) to the Toy Kingdom and become his slaves. An exciting adventure then starts for the youngsters to rescue their adorable toys.

More than 60 kids ranging from three to 16 will sing and dance in the show. The theme song along with several interludes is composed by the choir. They are part of the choir’s album.

Members of the choir practice at the Cultural Centre every Saturday. They learn how to sing with the choir’s conductor, take drama workshops and memorise dance steps for the shows.

Date: October 2 at 7.30pm and October 3 at 10 3.00pm and 7.30pm
Venue: Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre
Fees: $160, $120, $80 (half price for students)
