Upon successfully completing the mission, the team is double-crossed and dishonourably discharged by a military court, before being sent to prison for a crime they did not commit. The gang escapes, seeking revenge, and hoping to restore their honour along the way.
The film is jam-packed with one-liners that date back to the original television series. "BA" Baracus (Quinton Jackson) punctuates every other sentence with the word "fool", but the delivery lacks the punch Mr T gave it.
The movie's one saving grace is the casting. Liam Neeson is superb as Hannibal, the leader of crew, and Bradley Cooper is a natural playboy in his role as Faceman.
In The A-Team, action definitely speaks louder than words - or anything else, for that matter - but then action is what this film is about.
