If I had a day out with my parents,I would take them to a brand new place that we have never been to.I hope that we can spend a meaningful day in Po Toi Island! It is a beautiful granite paradise famous for its impressive rock formations, seaweed soup and dried seafood products.

There has a short circular hiking trail from Po Toi pier to the famous Rock Carvings on a cliff in Nam Tum and we can see the landmarks like Ngau Wu Teng Pavilion, Tortoise Rock and Nam Kok Tsui lighthouse on the way to the rock carving. The average hiking time is bout 2.5 hours and the difficulty of this trail is moderate so we will be fine even we aren't professional hikers

First of all,We will wake up at 8 in the morning and get to the Po Toi pier which is the starting point of the trail, at 11 am.Then we will spend about 3 delightful hours in hiking. After that, we can try the seaweed soup and dried seafood products, I think we will enjoy them.We will return home at 6 pm.

I really hope that my parent can have a chance to commune with nature so that they can escape from the chaos of their daily lives and technology and have a time to rest.I think a hiking trip in Po Toi Island will be the best answer!
