Give a chance to spend a day to spend in Hong Kong with my favorite singer Shawn Mendes, what do you have in mind? Ordinarily, tourists should be going to places like HK Disneyland, Ocean Park and The Peak etc. However, there is more than just usual tourist a spot in this fascinating city has to offer.

For a foodie like Shawn and I, visiting the Jumbo Kingdom in Aberdeen at noon for “brunch” would be ideal for us. The floating restaurant is famous for its seafood and its exterior features. I’m sure Shawn will be mesmerized by the design of the restaurant mooried in the Aberdeen harbor. The Tanka people, who used to live on boats in the Aberdeen Harbor, its culture are recognized by local people and tourists. With such famous seafood restaurants and recognized culture, Aberdeen is really a good place for locals and tourists to stopover.  

When a shopaholic visits Hong Kong, the place he or she must go is Yau Tsim Mong district, with traditional shops in Temple Street to higher level shops in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong district does provide different kinds of shops for different people's preference. After having such appetizing cuisines in Aberdeen, shopping will be such a great time for Shawn and me as we can go shopping while letting the food to digest by taking a walk. 

Going to the Victoria Harbor in the evening after dinner is an overwhelming choice. Hong Kong is famous for its ravishing night sceneries. From the Victoria Harbor, we can see skyscrapers at the both sides of the harbor. In the evening, there are lights coming out from the buildings’ exterior walls. With various colors of lights and divergent patterns, the scenery of the Victoria Harbor is very enchanting.

With various spots that I planned for Shawn to visit in Hong Kong, I’m sure Shawn will be fall for this unique city with for its especial culture and its beauty. Being of its ravishing scenes, I’m sure that Shawn will agree that Hong Kong is the “Pearl of the Orient”.
