Leo Sin, 17, Fung Kai Liu Man Shek Tong Secondary School
I love history so much, I'd want to spend my free period researching Japan's Sengoku period in the school library. I'd want to make use of the time to learn history on my own.
Lau Tsz-kwan,14, Hong Kong True Light College
I'd go running in the park, because I think running is good for our health, and I want to keep fit. Also, I'd go to the library to read books I don't usually have time for.
Peggy Cheng, 17, Po Leung Kuk Tang Yuk Tien College
The free period would give me time to do things that I like: I'd write a diary in English if I had free time each day. Writing a diary not only lets me express my feelings, but also strengthens my English language and writing skills.
Alice Fung, 13, SKH Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School
I would like to read English story books during my free period. This would not only improve my English, but it is entertaining. Some students might spend their free time playing computer games, but reading every day would be good for my academic performance.
Li Sze-pok, 16, Immaculate Heart of Mary College
If I had a free period every day, I'd run around the whole campus and explore the other side of my lovely school. When I was a child, I imagined my primary school was an isolated island, and I was the only survivor. I had to explore so I would stay safe, so I learned everything about my school. I'd love to do the same thing at my secondary school, as I hate feeling unfamiliar with it. I know it's kind of silly for a 16-year-old girl to do such a thing. But you only live once, so why not?
