Disney held a storytelling workshop in December at a community centre in Tung Chung, as part of their “Family Storytelling, Neighbourhood Developmental Project”. It aims to improve family relationships and spread the art of storytelling in the community.

The “VoluntEARS” began the workshop with an interactive storytelling session, as kids brainstormed ideas for the perfect Christmas present for the flying elephant Dumbo. The kids then made their own Mickey hats, followed by Christmas caroling and dancing. “Storytelling always allows children to explore their creativity, helping both the families and children create nice memories together,” explained Disney Ambassador Arthur Lau.
