Elephant Community Press offers writing workshops to young people to give them a chance to share their stories and be heard in their communities. They are currently holding "Hong Kong Farm to Table: Stories of Local Food Producers", an exhibition of stories written and photographed by local and international students, documenting the people behind the city's food production. The finished profiles are the result of a nine-week journalism skills programme.

As Christine Choi, director of ECP said, “Thanks to these students, we now have the opportunity to hear the stories of some dedicated Hong Kongers working to bring fresh produce and locally produced honey, soya sauce, traditional candies and more into our homes and onto our tables.”

The exhibition is being held at Culture Club Gallery, 15 Elgin Street, Central, until May 13.
