In recent decades, traditional dim sum has waned in popularity for chefs in training. To revive this fine art among the new generation of budding young chefs, we are holding the Dim Sum Talented Chef Competition. The grand winner will receive a two-year apprenticeship to learn from the world’s finest dim sum chefs at The Peninsula Hong Kong, The Peninsula Beijing and The Peninsula Shanghai.
