Birds of Paradise to perform live in HK
Critics have been hard on this homegrown trio, but they haven't given up yet. Next month, they'll give their fans a show

Tickets went on sale last Friday for BOP's Wanna Fly, which will be held at the Kowloon Bay International Trade and Exhibition Centre on December 27 and 28.
Since the release of their first music video, Landing on the Sun, the band has received a lot of negative comments for their woeful dance moves and for trying too hard to copy the K-Pop style.
Netizenseven joked that their style should be called MK-Pop.
But, "the three of us encourage each other to make better music", said Gordon Ip, captain of the band. "We are lucky that we received a lot of invitations to perform, from schools and other groups."
The band released a self-titled EP in September, containing four songs. They will sing new songs at their upcoming concert.
The three members will also perform some solo numbers at the show.
"We are confident about our upcoming performance. We have never doubted ourselves; the three of us will work hard to get it done," Gordon said. "Besides, Hongkongers should support Hong Kong music."
