Leo is one of six youth ambassadors from Hong Kong taking part in the Hong Kong Youth Drama Ambassador Scheme. The team will live in Poland for three weeks and attend theatrical workshops with more than 100 kids from all over the world including Norway, Israel, Poland, Tanzania, Zimbabwe etc.

At the end of the three weeks, the Hong Kong team will put on a drama at the Brave Kids Festival in Poland as well as a performance at the UNESCO headquarter in Paris. Over the next three weeks, Leo will regularly blog for Young Post about his team’s adventures in Poland.

19/6/2012, this is a very special day for all the brave kids from Hong Kong because this is our first day in the continent of Europe. At 5:30am, we arrived at Munich, Germany. After a 3-hour layover at the state-of-the-art Munich International Airport, we continued our journey on a small turbine jet to our first destination - Wroclaw, Poland.

We were tired after the 17-hour journey from Hong Kong, but we were very happy and touched after receiving a warm welcome from our host families. One of the host families made a big poster with our names on it. How sweet is that!? In all, all the host families were very kind to us and were very interested to know about our lives in Hong Kong. It seems this trip won’t only be an art exchange tour, but a cultural exchange one as well.

That's all for today. Dobranoc! (that's how we say good night in Polish)
