You have probably heard these news terms being discussed in the papers or on TV. Here is how to use them in English:

1. 中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室 (中聯辦) - The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

Eva Chan Sik-chee of the Parents Concern Group claimed that a close ally of Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying tried to set up a meeting between her and officials from the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. 中國人民政治協商會議 - Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference

The omission of Donald Tsang's name from the CPPCC's list of new members may also serve to remind him of a harsh political reality: that nothing can be taken for granted.

3. 年宵市場 - Lunar New Year Fair

Vendors were putting the finishing touches to their Lunar New Year Fair stalls to prepare for the thousands of visitors who will be arriving in the coming week.

4. 砵仔糕 - Hong Kong-style puddings

The manager of the Hong Kong-style snacks business said the company's Hong Kong-style puddings will sell for between HK$1 and HK$2 more than last year.
