Detective Conan: The Eleventh Striker, anime movie

A mad bomber is on the loose in Tokyo, and the only one who can stop him is Japan's smallest detective Conan Edogawa.

The feature-length movie The Eleventh Striker is the 16th film based on the manga created by Gosho Aoyama. The manga was made into a popular TV anime following the exploits of Shinichi Kudo, a secondary school sleuth.

In the pilot episode, our protagonist was fed a new, experimental poison and left for dead; luckily, it didn't work. But it did have a life-changing effect: Shinichi was transformed from a teenager back into a primary school child.

Fearing for those close to him, Kudo adopts the name Edogawa Conan, and persuades his secondary school sweetheart Ran and her private investigator father, Kogoro Mouri, to take him in. Since then, the little detective has solved literally hundreds of murders via his unconscious proxy Kogoro Mouri.

The new movie finds Conan facing off against a mad bomber who has left Mouri a riddle which points to the location of his bombs.

Conan quickly figures out the solution, and races to the location, but will he be able to get to the bombs in time? And will he be able to diffuse all of them before it's too late?

The pace and amazing action in Detective Conan: The Eleventh Striker make James Bond, Tony Hawk, and Lionel Messi look like wimpish amateurs.
