The Hong Kong boys' volleyball team are not wasting any time here in Inner Mongolia as they prepare for their first match today against Jiangsu in the All China Secondary Schools Students' Games. Many think they can win a medal and they are feeling the pressure.

Besides training, they spent some time watching videos of matches they played earlier this year. Setter Hugo Chung said: "It is a great idea suggested by the coach to watch and analyse the past matches played by the Hong Kong boys' volleyball team."

They had a short training session on Monday and wanted to relax ahead of the crucial opening game.

On Sunday, the team went through their paces at Firmaco Number 1 Secondary School.

Liberal player Alex Wong Ka-hei said he had rarely played at a gymnasium with a such a high ceiling. "We were busy preparing for the trip and didn't play for a few days. We have got used to the environment. It is time to concentrate on the games now."
