Xbox 360 Kinect Adventure Zone (Dec 1-Jan 6)
If you haven't yet tried the new controller-free gaming add-on for the Xbox 360, here's your chance. The device detects body movements and voice commands. It even has a facial recognition feature through a sensor. The park's Adventure Zone will feature three motion-controlled games: Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports and Dance Central.
Art Exhibition for Painting Prodigy (Dec 1-Jan 2)
Four-year-old artist Kenny Lau Kin-gi's paintings will be on show at the park. The young animal- lover, who draws much of his inspiration from wildlife, took top honours at the 38th International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts in Lidice in the Czech Republic. On December 12, Kenny's works will be auctioned off. The proceeds will go to the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation.
Living Christmas Trees (Dec 15-Jan 2)
Two massive, 6-metre-tall live Christmas trees will be on display. A carol-singing choir will actually be part of the tree in a unique spectacle never seen before in Hong Kong.
Atoll Reef Behind the Scenes Tour (Dec 15-Jan 2)
Learn about atoll reefs in the park's four-storey panoramic aquarium, which is home to nearly 250 species of fish. The behind-the-scenes tour will also give visitors a look at the work involved in keeping marine life. You'll also get a chance to touch shark's skin and egg shells as you learn tidbits about marine life.
Diving with Marine Stars (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
If you're a keen diver, don your wetsuit, goggles and tank and go for a dive around the atoll reef aquarium with a professional guide. What better keepsake from this year's Christmas than a photo taken in the aquarium with your favourite marine creature?
Aqua Camp (Saturday; additional fee required)
Learn about the undersea world through intimate encounters with marine animals. The experience includes a visit to the jellyfish aquarium and the Chinese sturgeon aquarium. You'll spend the night at the Atoll Reef Galleries and enjoy breakfast at the Panda Cafe.
Sea Life Carousel (all year round)
Sea Life Carousel blends the joy of merry-go-rounds with an animal conservation theme. Take your pick from 61 sea animals, sit back, and enjoy the ride.
The Flash (all year round)
The Flash is a new pendulum-style ride that is sure to get your adrenaline flowing. It boasts a swing height of 22m, creating a g-force of 3.9G and a top speed of 60km/h. In other words, you'll be going really high, really fast. Prepare to scream your lungs out!
